Wonderful stay with excellent service
cute staff delicious tomato soup outdoor pool clean room
Gibbons coaches organized my mystery trip, the destination was this hotel. The staff was very cute. I particularly enjoyed the tomato soup and beef lasagna prepared by the chef. After a day of walking, the outdoor pool was refreshing. The room was clean, a comfort I very much needed.
I would have liked to see the sea from my room. This is a minor point.

Check in and out were straightforward. I slept well on a comfortable bed. The breakfast was a good start to the day. I found on site parking very convenient.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. The water alternated between scalding hot and cold. This made showering quite unpleasant and potentially unsafe.

The staff provided good service, always happy to help with anything. The reception desk offered easy check in and check out procedures. Porterage, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were amazing.

My room was adequate for my needs. The bathroom was recently refurbished and had plenty of hot water. There was shower soap. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night rest.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, always fresh and plentiful. The bar was open and served drinks. I found the evening meal choice limited but acceptable. Prices on full board were reduced.

The location is lovely, a beautiful area. Babbacombe Downs is within ten minutes walk. The hotel is near a beach or Model Village and many eating places. The hotel accepts animals.

lovely Hotel Experience
nice outside friendly staff wide variety
the outdoor area provided a nice space for relaxation i think this would be great in summer. The staff were friendly and helpful i really appreciated their assistance. I enjoyed the really good breakfast with its wide variety of options from porridge to croissants.
the pool and hot tub require a charge of £5 per person per day to use which i did not see advertised.

cary park offers a great space for dog walking near the hotel the town centre and tourist areas are easily accessible from here. it is conveniently located in a popular area.

the staff at reception were helpful with directions. the room was very clean it had daily servicing. breakfast had ample choice from cooked options to cereals.
the hot tub temperature was just slightly below what i expected.

delicious meals clean room warm welcome
The staff was amazing. I especially appreciated the warm welcome and the assistance provided at the spa. The buffet had delicious meals. The room was very clean and had plenty of teas and coffees.
